Interlink design solutions has established a niche in residential projects. Winning the MSID merit award in 2004 marked the coming of age of this young and progressive practice. Designing with the philosophy of “creating functional, aesthetic spaces with modern and contemporary ambience”, principal James Yong strive to deliver a high level of personal service to his clients, rarely seen in the industry these days.

 

Renowned for his ability to remodel old buildings, he has developed expertise in providing practical solutions to cater for clients’ lifestyle while working within the constraint of the site. Previous remodelled houses and apartments were also award winners in year 2001, 2002 and 2003 including some features in the media.
